    The Christmas Bazaar is a chance for Pioneers and Volunteers to pull together to boost our ever depleting funds. But its also a chance to come together and have fun. It gives the Pioneers the chance to contribute and make a difference.

    Sponsored Walk

    Saturday 30th September Richard Abbott organised a sponsored walk to help raise much needed funds for the charity.
    Pioneers Marion, Robert Denise, Reece, Andrew, Michelle were guided round the specified course by the Volunteers Richard & Family, Trudy Elford, Peter Yates & Peter & Val Garrett. Although numbers weren’t great the event was boosted by the spirit of those who involved. Thank you to everyone who supported the event. The amount raised for Pioneers funds will be published when I know the final amount.

  • Indigo Club

    Indigo Club

    Over recent months the Pioneers have been enjoying the friendly atmosphere of The Mission in Danbury at their bi-monthly ‘Indigo Club’ which is a fortnightly, church based social club for adults with learning difficulties in the area. The club is an opportunity to enjoy fun activities, meet with friends and learn about Jesus. It meets at Danbury Mission between 7.15 and 8.30pm.

    Music Man - Regent Hall Concert

    On Saturday 11th February, the Maldon Pioneer musicians joined forces with other students from Music Man Project Essex (Maldon and Southend) to perform at Regent Hall in London. The coach journey was full of excitement and we caused chaos by carrying our African drums through a very crowded Oxford Street.
